A couple weeks ago, we spent the afternoon on a friends property up in the country. It’s only about 20 minutes from where we live right now, but it’s a total slice of Eden. Between the pond to paddle around, the acres of lawn to play in, and the ponies to ride, our kids are convinced that it’s the best place on earth….
This little thing thinks she’s one of the boys and has no qualms about getting just as wet, dirty, and messy as they do. Keeping her out of the water requires constant vigilance.
He’ll sit by himself for an hour sometimes, just tossing pebbles and wandering around the shoreline.
She’s kinda obsessed with daddy right now….
If daddy isn’t around, biggest brother totally takes the cake. The level of excitement when he gets home from school is unmatched.
Our friends who live on the property have twin 7 year old boys….this basically means we only see Noakea when he gets hungry.
I wont say whether Mr. Bean is afraid of horses……
To a normal person, an afternoon in a hammock in Kauai is a perfect way to laze away the time. When you’re 4 years old and in timeout, however, it might as well be prison.
